Be careful with the un-inflated wheels (they’re solid). There’s no give. One bump and I took flight, lol. Oh, and start at 5mph. I figured the middle (10 mph) would be cool but this has a different center of gravity. Be warned.

I was drawn to this scooter as it’s one of the only in this price range that boasts a 300+ carrying capacity, and being 240 with a 30lb, 20lb and 60lb child, I wanted something that would hold up. The frame is extremely sturdy, and so is the deck. The rear fender seems to be the only thing I wonder would withstand a hit, the handlebars were also very sturdy.

Swagtron SG-5 is a great scooter for the price. Has all the features you would want like a head and tail light, 3 speed modes 5 mph, 10 mph and 15 mph which is nice for learning or when your in a crowded area. Also has cruise control (hold speed for 5 seconds and it maintains it) break or accelerate to disengage it, wide board for your feet, and a nice ride. Its only downside is that it drops off speed wise going up hill.

I have had no major issues with this scooter. The battery life is good, I’ve gone a top speed of 17 mph. I was disappointed that no owners manual was included as some assembly was required.

I gave 4 stars overall because I had to return 2 of them before keeping the third scooter. The first 2 scooter had jammed throttles, same problems with both scooters. They need to re-evaluate the construction the throttle. But once it’s all cleared away, great Buy! FAST, SMOOTH, QUIET AND LONG BATTERY LIFE. My kid loves it!!

I had to buys this twice1st time never got to me but return was easy. 2nd time work like a charm but the rear breaks doesn’t function. My teenage son waited so long to get this so he refuses to sent it back. So we stuck with a poorly functioning product.

Scooter arrived intact, on-time and as expected – kudos to the shipper! This scooter is supposed to be an “e”-scooter, and the only reason why I paid more for this was due to the app features. Please fix your app!!

Great scooter! Battery seems to be holding up well and getting kinda close to the stated 11 mile range. However, the slightest incline and you could just walk faster. I’m not even talking legit hills. It just has no power when it needs to go up.

i am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because during the first 2-3 months it worked great and i wish wld have lasted like this.

for the first few months it actually worked, it was great. my son is 15 and i purchased for him to commute to high school, that took him about 10 mins on scooter to get to. it had good speed and good charging capability…. at first, but then, it stopped working.
